Bett celebrates her 102nd birthday with another great, great grandchild.

Elizabeth "Bett" Hamilton celebrated her 102nd birthday on Sunday still singing after all those years.

She celebrated at Adamstan House Nursing Home along with some of her seven children, 26 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and 18 great, great grandchildren.

Bett had a few surprises on her special birthday including a visit from the Mayor and Mayoress Cllr Andy and Mrs Janice Bowden then at 3.20pm her 18th great, great, grand daughter Jasmine was born.

Originating from Fingerpost "Bett" always has a smile on her face, loves a sing-song and a game of bingo. Her reaction to life's ups and downs is "well why worry " grateful for the love and respect she receives from her family, friends and staff at Adamstan House, Sutton.
