A MAN has appeared in court charged with intending to supply 13 bags of cocaine.
Carl Fairhurst, aged 30, of Sandra Drive, Newton-le-Willows, is accused of having the class A drugs in St Helens on October 26 last year.
He is accused of possessing the drugs with intent to supply.
Fairhurst appeared at St Helens Magistrates’ Court and was granted conditional bail to appear at Liverpool Crown Court on July, when he will enter a plea.
