Man charged with phone robbery
POLICE have charged a man following a mobile phone robbery on the Steve Prescott Bridge.
Jason Bridge, 21, from Millwood Avenue, Eccleston, St Helens has been charged with robbery.
The incident happened on Monday, February 17 and an appeal was published on the Star's website last week.
He is due to appear before St Helens Magistrates Court today, Wednesday, 26 February.
