Andy thanked the ladies of the soroptimist club for their support and gave an account of his time serving in the Army.

This is the fourth year the Soroptimists have raised money to support the Royal British Legion, with the collective total now standing at £6,000 With 2014 being the 100th anniversary of the start of the First World War, the club are keen to gain more volunteer knitters to help meet demand.
