The town hall flag flies at half mast for Steve Prescott
AS a mark of respect for Steve Prescott the flag is flying at half mast over St Helens Town Hall.
It will remain in place until the day of Steve’s funeral, said a council spokesperson.
For those who can’t get to Langtree Park to sign the book of condolence, the council has opened their own at the town hall.
