Community centre's health class

NEWTON Community Centre is launching a free health class this month.
Fresh Start will help improve health and wellbeing by advising on diet, exercise and cookery.
Ongoing support is provided through drop-in sessions and weigh-in clinics for 12 months.
Free childcare is available, however places are limited and must be booked in advance.

Well i live in one area also work and play in all 3! So it's good to have a keen interest in local affairs!!!!
