A 17-YEAR-OLD boy has been charged with stealing a Blackberry mobile phone in Newton-le-Willows.
The teenager, from Sutton, pleaded not guilty to the charge at St Helens Magistrates’ Court.
Bail conditions mean the defendant, who cannot be named because of his age, is on a curfew, which mean he must be at his home address between 9pm and 7am.
He will next appear in court on Monday, January 8.
