A MAN has been given a community order after pleading guilty to carrying a kitchen knife on Gaskell Street in Parr.
James Anthony North, 18, from Market Street in Newton-le-Willows, must attend a Targets for Change Programme for 20 days and be placed under 18 months supervision.
