SIX musical hopefuls will compete for the chance to perform at this year’s Solar King Pride of St Helens awards at a final this month.
Anthony Wright, 15, Ellie Anders, 16, Isaac Goldsack, seven, and Emma Nicholson, 17 were shortlisted for the Jamm Studios’ Young Musician of the Year 2013 after winning heats.
Mollie Neal,12, and Ruby Daniels, 17, who also competed, have gone through as wildcards for the final, to take place at Jamm Studios, Volunteer Street, on Sunday, October 20.
Finalists will perform twice and winner – selected by a panel of judges – will be announced on the night.
The prize will include a starring role at the Langtree Park ceremony on Friday, November 1.
