Miller Homes is celebrating the results in the latest customer satisfaction survey.
The UK’s largest independent house-builder reported that 100 per cent of its customers would recommend their new homes to their best friend the survey found.
Miller Homes was the first company in the industry to commission an independent survey to each of their customers on their personal home-buying journey and to publish the findings.
Sue Warwick, national sales and marketing director for Miller Homes, said: “This is a huge coup for us. We have consistently hit the high 90 per cents for the last few years but to reach top marks from our customers is a real treat for us. If our customers would recommend us to their best friend, we know that we have succeeded in delivering a high standard of service and that is the most important part of our job.
“To hear that every one of our customers in the last three months would recommend Miller Homes to their close friends is a fantastic achievement and one that I hope we can repeat again.”
