JOHN STUART PHELAN Margaret, Anna and Sean would like to thank all family, friends and neighbours for your sympathy cards, Mass cards, flowers and donations to Prostate Cancer UK. We have been overwhelmed with your kindness and generosity at this sad time. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended John's requiem mass at Corpus Christi Church; to Father Leo and Kevin Duffy for delivering a personal and touching mass to celebrate John's life and to the Rainford Ladies' Choir for your beautiful singing. Thank you also to all the staff who cared for John at the Royal Liverpool University Hospital; to Wendy's Flowers for the beautiful displays; The Star Inn for the lovely reception; and a special thanks to Christine and Carl at Gornalls Funeral Service, 10 Cross Pit Lane, Rainford - we will be forever grateful for your compassion and kindness during such a difficult time.
