ROBERT (BOB) JONES The family of Robert (Bob) Jones would like to express heartfelt thanks to relatives, friends and neighbours for their cards, donations and kind words of sympathy received during their recent sad loss. Thanks to all the doctors, nurses and carers who helped Bob and the family, particularly those who visited the home over the last few difficult weeks of Bob's illness. Thanks go to the Willowbrook Hospice, who cared and comforted Bob and the family throughout his final days, to Fr Riley and the Deacons for overseeing such a beautiful requiem mass at Holy Cross and St Helen Church, kindly supported by the excellent organist and members of the Pilkington and Gilbert and Sullivan choirs, and also to attending members of the Royal Naval Association. Finally, thanks to Neil Middlehurst and staff for their caring and dignified services, and also to the Mansion House for helping the family to celebrate the life of a truly great man.
