James Geoffrey Hill 02.03.1934 - 30.04.2015. The family of the late Geoff Hill wish to thank everyone who attended the Requiem Mass at St Mary Immaculate Church and committal service at the Crematorium on April 12th 2015. We are very grateful for all the cards and generous donations to "Dementia UK" we received. Special thanks go to relatives, neighbours and friends who have looked after Geoff during his illness since the death of his Wife Muriel for their professional care and devotion, we would also like to express our gratitude to Mary and Marie of "Care Assured" and to the staff of "Prospect House", thanks also to Dr. Ann Capewell, District Nurses, Father Dooley and Father Phil Swanson.
