STELLA MARGARET ATHERTON Passed away peacefully in Whiston Hospital on Tuesday 7th August with family at her bedside. Much loved mother and grandmother and wife of her late husband James with whom she is re-united. We would like to express our gratitude to all the staff on Ward 3B who treated the whole family with respect and dignity in the final weeks of her life. Treasured memories forever cherished. May her soul rest in eternal peace. A service will be held at St. Anne and Blessed Dominic, Sutton at 12 noon on Wednesday 22nd August followed by committal at St. Helens Crematorium at 1.30. All are welcome to join the family at St. Anne's Paish Centre after the service. Family flowers only, all donations will be made to Willowbrook Hospice.
