JEFF CHISNALL Peacefully in hospital on the 21st of September 2016, after a short illness, aged 73 years. Beloved husband of Pauline, loving dad of Tony and Mark. Much loved grandad of Kelly, Jonathan, Chloe, Megan and Finley also a dearly loved brother, brother in law and uncle. Much loved and sadly missed by all his family and many friends. Funeral service will be held at Blessed English Martyrs RC Church, Haydock, on Tuesday the 4th of October at 12.00 noon. Followed by committal at St. Helens Crematorium Chapel. Family flowers only please, donations preferred to The St. Helens and Knowsley Teaching NHS Hospitals Trust.
