JEAN FARLEY Passed away peacefully in hospital on 15th July 2015 aged 82 years. The dearly loved Mum of Michael, David and Stephen, dear Mother-in-law of Joyce and Janet, loving Sister of Agnes and a much loved Nan, Great-Nan and Auntie.Service and committal to take place at St Helens Crematorium on Tuesday 28th July at 12 noon.
