JOHN SMITH Passed away in Whiston Hospital on the 21stth June 2015 aged 48 years. Much loved brother of Denise, Keith, Jeanette and Greg, sadly missed uncle of Caroline, Mike, Emma and Chris. Funeral Service and committal to take place at St Helens Crematorium on Tuesday 7th July at 10.00 am. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Diabetes UK.
