A NINETEEN-YEAR-OLD man will face a trial over an allegation he caused actual bodily harm (ABH).
Zach Skeech, of Latham Avenue, Newton-le-Willows, appeared at Liverpool Crown Court for a plea and trial preparation hearing on Friday, March 22 via video link from custody.
Skeech pleaded not guilty during the hearing to ABH over an allegation of an assault of a female at The Range Home and Leisure, on Chalon Way West, St Helens, on Monday, February 19.

The defendant also denied two counts of sending electronic communications with intent to cause distress or anxiety.
A trial will be held at Liverpool Crown Court
Judge Ian Harris set a date for a trial for the week of August 19, which is estimated to last three days.
Skeech was remanded back into custody.
