A power cut hit homes in Newton-le-Willows
RESIDENTS in Newton-le-Willows were hit by a power cut this afternoon, Sunday.
Electricity supplies were lost in and around Borron Road earlier today.
It is understood the issue arose due to damaged cables which supplied power to the area.

Postcodes affected included: WA12 0NQ, WA12 0JU, WA12 0NS, WA12 0JY, WA12 0LD, WA12 0JX, WA12 0LF, WA12 0ND.
Electricity North West said that power has since been restored in the area.
