A MAN has been charged with drink driving after a car collided with other vehicles.
Police were called to reports that a vehicle had collided with other cars on Birchfield Street, Thatto Heath on Wednesday afternoon (August 12).
Residents reported seeing cars scraped by a vehicle on the street.
Police say a "number of cars were damaged" in the incident.
A 63-year-old man was arrested by officers and later charged.

Robert Meechan, of Roby Street, Toll Bar, has been charged with drink driving and will appear in court this autumn in relation to the matter.
A Merseyside Police spokeswoman said: "Robert Meechan, 63, of Roby Street, (Toll Bar) has been charged with driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level is above the limit.
"It followed an incident in Birchfield Street yesterday in which a number of cars were damaged.
"He was released on bail to appear at Liverpool Magistrates' Court on November 9."
