PROPOSALS to turn a former pharmacy into a residential property can go ahead after planning officers ruled permission is not necessary.
An application was submitted to the council in April, seeking to convert the Brian H Donlon pharmacy on Station Road, Haydock.

Plans said the building was last used on March 29, 2017.
Council planning officers determined that prior approval is not required allowing the conversion to go ahead.
