PLANS have been drawn up to create a beer garden and a smoking shelter outside a pub.
Proposals seek to add the facilities to the Moss Bank Hotel on Moss Bank Road.
Plans include the demolition of an existing part two-storey and part single-storey side and rear extensions and the creation of a new single-storey side and rear extensions, along with the creation of a beer garden with a smoking shelter.
The application states the proposed extension "will facilitate the serving of hot food to the existing public house".
A new main entrance will be created at the back of the premises, to be directly accessed from the car park.
The application states the "existing character of the area has been maintained" under the plans.
