IN response to last week’s letter about the state of the roads.
As a taxi driver in St Helens for more than 25 years, I have noticed over the years how the roads are in a shocking state and just being patched up making it even more treacherous, just like putting a plaster over it.
Pull your finger out highways department!
If you’re going do a job, do it properly as I’m just getting fed up repairing my taxi. Get a grip and get it done.
