"Soft approach has bred chaos"
REGARDING the Star’s report about police responding to reports of girls fighting at St Helens bus station when no further action was taken.
I see zero tolerance has already gone out of the window then.
Is this not a public order offence they could be held to account on?
The soft approach has helped breed utter social chaos, so more of the same light touch approach is unlikely to turn things around!
