WHETHER broken down or out of petrol, cars should not be left blocking footpaths and access ramps for wheelchair or mobility scooters.
A car was there about 8.30am - and still there at midnight.
It looks like they have made no attempt to move it; the police should either give them a warning or prosecute for dangerous parking or obstruction of a public footpath.
It was on Sutton Road near Morrisons supermarket.
