THE town hall square has some beautiful flowers all year around.
They’re great to look at but let’s look at facts: don’t you think the money could be better spent cleaning up rubbish and the canal at Parr Stocks Road?
Cookers, mattresses, household waste and furniture are dumped on the Duckeries in Parr.
Skips once a month may solve the problem and could save money and many hours.
Folk who could not afford to pay to get their household items taken away could put it in skips; they could be put on every corner in St Helens once a month.
Better than paying men to clear the items from where they are dumped.
