LOTS of people in the area who I have spoken to are experiencing the same thing at the moment. Looking online lots of people up and down the country too.
I’ve had problems and delays with Royal Mail in St Helens for the past three weeks.
We haven’t received any post and deliveries are being ‘lost’ and some are having to be refunded.
Customer service provides no useful answers. I don’t know how they’re still in business and why they carry the title of Royal with such awful service and why nobody is saying anything about it.
