It's that time of year again
IT’S that time of year again when the paths are littered more than ever with dog muck.
What is it with these irresponsible dog walkers (who give the good ones a bad name)? Why can’t they just clean up this filthy mess?
Is this because they are taking their dogs out at night and – because no one can see them not clearing – they think it’s OK? It’s disgusting and about time they started being issued with fines.
