I DON’T agree with going to A&E for things that are not classed as an emergency but, given the current situations with GP surgeries, if one of my children or family members were finding it near impossible to be able to get through via telephone, we would end up at either a walk-in centre or an A&E department for treatment.
I genuinely feel for all the people doing the jobs, but I dread the day myself or any of my family need urgent care or treatment due to the non-existent available appointments and extremely long waiting lists and bac logs!
