IN response to Labour’s “three-pronged” announcement about plans to invest in the Gamble Building, open a temporary library at the World of Glass, and reopen Earlestown Town Hall.
Funny isn’t it. They blame the Conservatives for the last decade and say they have no money.
And now an election is due they start promising to splash the cash.
