Fresh thinking on arts and culture needed
I TOTALLY agree with last week’s Star Opinion column regarding Dream.
It should have been an arts and cultural magnet to draw in other projects and funds to bring in visitors.
In this regard St Helens Council has shown a lack of vision in what St Helens needs to change the town’s image.
Not just Dream, but all around the borough, fresh thinking on arts and culture is needed.
