I’M just writing as a follow up to the letters that have been written over the last few weeks and about the young homeless man who sits outside the Parish Church.

My partner and myself have been blessed enough to get to know him over the last year.

We’ve visited him as often as we can at his spot.

We always take time to sit down and have a good long chat with him.

To us he’s a friend. He’s a brave courageous young man and he talks about his life and his misfortunes openly.

He’s battled much, not least being shunned and unfairly judged by many.

Yet we’ve seen him share what little he has with others.

We find him to be a good man who has fallen on bad times.

We hope that he will soon get the opportunity he wants and if there is anyone out there looking for a good working man we can vouch for him.

And we’d encourage others that pass him to stop, to spend a little time with him and to offer him a good word.

We hope that there is someone out there who can give this man the help he needs.
