Can somebody please explain to me why people are allowed to burn garden rubbish (and sometimes household) and cause many of us (especially me) to cough and choke.
This is especially after 6pm. The weather is warming up which means some people leave windows open at night; is it right that we should suffer for the few?
Is a few pounds too much to pay to help the environment? When will St Helens Council (after several complaints) take the lead in what’s going to happen? Ban open fires!
This will happen so do it now.
