CAN I ask how St Helens MPs are of the opinion they can just override the wishes of their constituents on the matter of Brexit?

Under normal Parliamentary business they do what they think is in the best wishes of their voters.

On this instance the whole country was asked a direct question: Stay or leave.

On the strength of this, our MPs should obey the electorate.

It is the height of ignorance to treat these people with the contempt of: “They don’t know what they are voting for.”
