SO some schools may not be able to accept SEN pupils due to funding shortages.

What about the mantra of every child deserves an education; every child matters?

Could this be that schools are failing to reach targets now that they are run like businesses?

Is it going to be that only the ones deemed to be good on paper and reaching targets get through.

It seems like everything is going backwards instead of forwards!
