Congestion has just got worse
I READ the article last week that suggested the bypass had eased congestion in Blackbrook.
Believe me it hasn’t, in fact it’s worse.
I live in Blackbrook and the traffic is horrendous.
It doesn’t help that the signs on the East Lancs road directs St Helens traffic to the bypass when some could easily access the town further along.
