I AM writing to thank the group of people who saved my life last Thursday.
I slipped and fell into the Hotties and my heart stopped when I was in the water.
Luckily a man called Les Tinsley jumped in and helped me get out along with a fisherman.
A woman passer-by then gave me CPR until an ambulance arrived and took me to Whiston Hospital. Police, the fire service and a frogman also looked after me.
I was in hospital for three days where I had treatment on my lungs to make sure I did not have secondary drowning but I am now getting better.
It would be nice to speak to anyone who helped me on the day so I can thank them. My number is 01744 744 800.
