RUSKIN RFC extended their winning streak to 13 games on Saturday as they continued their good form into 2018.
Ruskin’s first home game for two months saw a large crowd witness them see off Waterloo 71-0.
The South Lancs and Cheshire Division Two contest was over by half time.
A try out wide by Griffiths was quickly followed by a brace from captain Dyson, and as Ruskin took control further scores from Westhead and Hughes made the lead at the interval 31-0.
Facing the strong breeze, the second half again started evenly matched with Ruskin having to defend their line resolutely.
Having soaked up the pressure applied by Waterloo, Ruskin scored from a superb solo effort by Owen Scoles.
Tries from Tom Lea, two, Tress and Westhead quickly followed.
The scoring was completed when Griffiths crossed for a deserved second.
