EXPERIENCED WBO Super Middleweight champion Arthur Abraham is expecting a tough battle from Fingerpost fighter Martin Murray on November 21.

The two fighters came face-to-face at last week’s press conference in Germany where the 35-year-old champ declared that Murray should have won the first two of his title challenges against Felix Sturm and Sergio Martinez.

Abraham expects the clash at the TUI Arena in Hannover, Germany to be tougher than the ones he faced against Liverpool’s Paul Smith.

He said: “Martin is a very deserving challenger and I think it will be a good fight.

“He is more experienced (than Paul) and has fought at a much higher level.”

Abraham’s promoter Kalle Sauerland said: “Martin has gone on the road, fighting the very best and is unlucky not to have already been crowned World champion.

“This may well be his last chance and I expect him to give it his all.”

But Murray believes now the time has come for him to claim boxing’s ultimate prize.

He said: “I know that Arthur is a great champion and a tough man to beat on his home patch, but my trainer Oliver Harrison and I both believe that we have the formula to take his title.

“I have never been afraid to travel to fight for World titles and this occasion will be no different; I expect lots of Brits to travel to Germany and it will be a fantastic atmosphere and a great fight for the fans.”

Murray's Barmy Army have been snapping up tickets for the clash in Germany.

The three ticket prices available are £300 for a VIP which is a ringside seat and includes the full VIP package.

£60 for block 112, which is the first tier and central view to the ring.
