ST HELENS judoka Lucy Renshall made it two medals in the space of a week as she added Paris Grand Slam bronze to the Portugal Grand Prix gold she won last weekend.
Competing in the -63kg category, 4th seed Renshall had an opening round bye before defeating Dena Pohl (GER) and Florentina Ivanescu (ROU).
A narrow defeat in the Quarter-Final to former European Junior champion, Katarina Kristo (CRO) progressed Renshall to the Repechage where she faced Nauana Silva (BRA).
Renshall trusted her superior strength on the ground to book her place in the bronze medal contest to face 2x World Junior Champion, Joanne Van Lieshout (NED).
The bronze medal contest was a cagey affair, and as such the contest entered Golden Score.
Both fighters were penalised for being passive and with the shido count level at two each, Van Lieshout was awarded a third decisive shido, meaning Renshall won her second Paris Grand Slam medal.
