SAINTS first team squad continued to build for Betfred Super League title defence with a tough three-day training camp in North Wales.
The squad were based at Rydal Penrhos school in Colwyn Bay where they made use of the fitness suite, pool and sports hall.
The gruelling training camp featured sessions on the pitch, the breezy Colwyn Bay beach and a dip in the sea.

While they were there they presented the school’s first team with their new kits.
So far Saints have announced just one pre-season friendly – Alex Walmsley’s testimonial game against Leigh at the TWS on Friday, 21 January.
