TODAY marks three years exactly since the most dramatic Grand Final finish of all time.
With the scores tied between Saints and Wigan in the behind closed doors final at Hull, Tommy Makinson had a crack at a drop goal.
The ball rattled the post, and bounced and kept bouncing completely bamboozling Wigan full back Bevan French.
Jack Welsby was up there, quick as a flash, and the rest is history.
A name and moment indelibly penned into Saints folklore forever.
Happy anniversary!
