SAINTS youngster Ben Davies has joined Richard Marshall's Salford on a initial two week loan deal.
The 21-year-old centre or second rower made his debut in the 2020 defeat at Salford, impressing with a solid display at centre and now has an opportunity to gain first team experience with former Saints Assistant Marshall’s Salford.
The loan will be initially for two weeks before it’s then renewed on a week by week basis.
Widnesian Davies played his community rugby for Halton Farnworth Hornets before switching to Widnes Moorfield. From there he signed a scholarship deal at Widnes Vikings, playing in their Academy and making his first team debut for the Vikings in 2019.
He represented Lancashire in the Academy origin programme and was part of the England Under 18s Academy squad.
