THIS week's results from Covid-19 testing across the 11 Betfred Super League clubs, match officials and other relevant staff has returned two positive tests from 566 results.

One Catalans Dragons player has tested positive, and will now remain in self-isolation.

As all the club’s players and non-playing staff have been self-isolating for two weeks since a number of positive tests following their Coral Challenge Cup tie against Wakefield Trinity on August 22, no other players or coaches are affected.

Catalans play Wigan Warriors on Saturday evening at Stade Gilbert Brutus in the first Betfred Super League fixture to be played in France since the resumption of the season.

The other positive test was from a Wakefield Trinity player, who has been self-isolating since September 1 – meaning none of the other Wakefield players or coaches are affected.

Wakefield play Hull FC in the first of Thursday’s two fixtures at the Totally Wicked Stadium in St Helens.
