SAINTS player of the year Jonny Lomax will be fit for the Grand Final despite picking up a worrying looking facial injury against Wigan.
Lomax took a bang to the face early on the game, producing a large swelling under his right eye.
However, that did not stop him producing another top drawer display capped off with a well-taken try.
Coach Justin Holbrook said: "Jonny is fine.
"The swelling is down now, but it did blow up quite quickly.
"He'll be fine for Old Trafford and the week off will mean that he won't have to play with stitches which can come open with a slight knock.
"He's a tough player and he played great for us against Wigan."
