SAINTS cruised to the Super League Grand Final for the first time since 2014 after an emphatic seven-try triumph over Wigan.
In a near perfect performance, in which Saints built their sets well, ended them well on the last tackle and then executed them when they had the opportunity.
Defensively they hammered the reigning champions back inside their own 20 early doors, meaning Saints got an iron grip they never looked like losing.
First half tries from Theo Fages, Kevin Naiqama, Luke Thompson and Jonny Lomax gave them a 26-6 lead at the break.
Two second half scores from Mark Percival and another from Zeb Taia completed the rout.
Bernard Platt captured the hits, tries and celebrations.
