Denied an early Morgan Knowles try, Saints fell behind to converted scores from Joe Philbin and Ben Murdoch-Masila.
Although a Theo Fages try gave them hope, Lachlan Coote's failure to convert it deflated the team as it was still a two-score deficit.
Warrington grabbed another late one from Daryl Clark to make sure they ending their spell of losing finals.
