SITALEKI Akauola will miss the Challenge Cup semi-final through suspension.
The prop has been hit with a two-match penalty notice for the dangerous lift on Tyrone McCarthy that saw him sin-binned during Friday's 22-12 defeat to Salford Red Devils.
Akauola has been hit with a Grade C charge and the 27-year-old will not be appealing, meaning he will miss Sunday's trip to Castleford Tigers and the crucial clash with Hull FC in Bolton.
This is not the first time the Tongan has been forced to miss a big game through suspension – he was forced to sit out last year's Challenge Cup Final due to being handed a penalty notice.
He will be missing the semi-final for the second year in a row, having not featured in the victory over Leeds Rhinos at the University of Bolton Stadium.
