SAINTS wing Tommy Makinson was given a zero match penalty notice after being charged with dangerous contact on Josh Jones in the 29th minute of Friday's game against Salford.
The match review panel stated: "Defender uses any part of his body forcefully to twist, bend or otherwise apply pressure to the limb or limbs of an opposing player in a way that involves an unacceptable risk of injury to that player. Grade – A."
Other incidents were looked at but no charges followed for Zeb Taia's high tackle on Joey Lussick, where a penalty was sufficient, or a 58th minute incident where Aaron Smith tackles Pauli Pauli.
