THATTO Heath Crusaders tie with Dewsbury Rams on Sunday, April 14 (KO 3.00pm) will be on BBC - and they have been given dispensation to play it at their Close Street home.

The National Conference League Premier Division side have played in all Rounds of this year’s competition, defeating Stanningley, Leigh Miners Rangers and Rochdale Mayfield – a game which was also featured on BBC Sport.

Capturing the magic of the Coral Challenge Cup, in the last round Thatto Heath produced the shock victory of the competition so far as they defeated League 1’s North Wales Crusaders to reach the Fifth Round, a feat not achieved by an amateur club since 2016 when Lock Lane progressed to the same position.

Dewsbury Rams, their opponents in Round Five, are no strangers to Challenge Cup victories lifting the famous trophy twice in 1912 and 1943. In Round Four they secured a 32-6 win against NCL side West Hull to progress.

From Round One to Round Three over 70,000 viewers have tuned in to BBC Sport’s live streams so far in 2019. From Round Six onwards BBC will screen matches on BBC1 and BBC2.
